Is your brand really giving you what you pay it?
An independent view to assess the real value of your network, prepare a negotiation or consider what comes next, with no mandate from any brand and no ready-made speech.
What if you finally put a number on your gut feeling?
Fees, support, imposed purchases, renewal: we help you rebuild a clear overall picture.
The questions that come back when the relationship gets tense.
- You pay, but what do you get? Fees, advertising, central purchasing: the perceived value no longer always matches the real cost.
- A renewal is approaching It is better to negotiate with concrete facts than to discover what is at stake a few weeks before the deadline. Ideally, start twelve months ahead.
- The network is changing course Refurbishment works, new obligations, less support or a change of management: what impact on your business?
- You are preparing what comes next Sale, repositioning or exit: you want a structured decision, not a reaction made in a hurry.
Supporting you throughout the contract, not only when everything breaks.
Each situation calls for different information. Our role: make it readable, rank it and help you decide.
- Measure the value of the network Set the fees paid against the support received and the alternatives on the market.
- Negotiate prepared Renewal, buy-out, refurbishment, changes to fees: build a 90-day roadmap.
- Prepare without losing everything Shed light on your scenarios and point you to the right professionals for legal documents.
A rigorous analysis, without making your decision for you.
Your network is not our client. We receive no commission from a brand, a lawyer, an accountant or any third party on your file.
- Set the context We start from your story, your contract, your deadlines and what really worries you.
- Look at it objectively We tell perceptions apart from the figures available, the evidence still to obtain and the risks that need expert review.
- Build scenarios Stay, negotiate, sell or prepare an exit: each option is presented with its conditions and its areas of uncertainty.
- Leave you in charge You leave with a roadmap and the right people to talk to. The decisions are yours.
A clear entry point for each level of stakes.

The scorecard that lays your relationship with the brand out flat.
40 questions to assess what your network really brings you, spot your weak points and prepare the next discussion.
Clarity, including on what we do not do.
- Independent We do not support a head office and one of its franchisees at the same time.
- Confidential Your information is never quoted or passed on without your written agreement.
- Transparent Entry packages are displayed and quoted assignments are scoped before any commitment.
- In the right place Legal documents and proceedings are a matter for a qualified lawyer, not for H-Box.
Before you book.
Does the free scoping call commit me to an assignment?
No. Its purpose is to understand your context, point you to the next useful step and check whether H-Box is the right contact. It carries no commercial commitment.
Do I need to send my contract or my information document before the call?
No. The first call requires no document. If an assignment then makes sense, the documents needed and the conditions for handling them are agreed with you.
Can H-Box give me legal advice?
No. H-Box works in strategic and operational advice. Any legal analysis, drafting of documents or proceedings is handed to a qualified lawyer.
What if I am still a prospective franchisee?
Your path is different: the points to check before signing are not those of a franchisee already in business. A dedicated page and scorecard exist for prospective franchisees.
45 minutes to regain an independent point of view.
